My story…

I'm fascinated by how our inner landscapes shape our experiences. My own journey of self-discovery, therapy, healing, meditation, yoga, and psychology has shown me that true fulfilment stems from within. This realization, along with my own experiences overcoming past trauma, nurtured a deep compassion in me and fuels my passion for helping others.

I'm dedicated to helping others navigate life's calm stretches and turbulent rapids. Using the latest evidence-informed strategies, I'll empower you with effective tools to create meaningful change. Having experienced the transformative power of internal shifts myself, I'm deeply committed to helping others find their own sense of joy and wellbeing.

My passion for this work stems from a lifelong fascination with how we make sense of ourselves and the world. I've spent years exploring the complexities of the mind, the brain, and the nervous system. It's an honor to share the knowledge I've gained and witness the transformation this knowledge brings to my clients' lives.

Like the flow of a river – a source of inspiration through my love of kayaking – life has its moments of tranquility and challenge. I'll guide you to be present with both, responding with control and knowing even the most difficult moments will pass. Seeing clients overcome obstacles, build healthier relationships, and find deeper purpose in life constantly fuels my own passion and inspires my continual growth as a therapist.
